As an analyst, I crunch the data that supports the team's ideas while preparing the material we present to clients.

I was able to gain a deeper understanding of certain functions of a project, such as planning, and how it ties into the overall project.

The coolest thing about my job is the autonomy I have. Even as an intern I have control over my daily schedule. I can choose if I’m working at the office or from home. I can choose what tasks I prioritise and control the flow of my work.

I love the collaboration and positive, engaging culture that Intergen brings with them.

It was very eye opening to see what goes on behind the scenes to get product to customers, especially on the scale that The Warehouse Group operates at!

As with anything, a strong passion for what you are doing is essential – I have a passion for construction and can see myself enjoying working in this industry for the next 20+ years.

The rotation in projects allows you to meet new people all the time and being challenged to learn more every day.
