Office & Workplace at Victoria's Big Build

The location and facilities of the office are great and very convenient! There are so many good lunch and coffee spots around for you to visit with your colleagues! The dress code in the office ranges from PPE to business casual!

Offices have great location and are stunning

The dress code is super casual. The offices are okay, but I don't think the aircon is great and neither are the desk spaces. All desks are hot desks, I think it would be nice to have your own desk.

The main office is located right above QV so there are plenty of food places nearby for lunch and a coffee shop in the lobby. The office is also about an 8-minute walk to either Melbourne Central or Parliament train stations which is quite convenient. The internal office space is quite pleasant and modern, with nice views.

Overall good location (Parliament station) and facilities. Can feel a bit stuffy in the office at times. Dress code is smart casual but also can be casual if preferred.

The city office space at Victoria's Big Build is very nice with modern kitchen facilities and in a great location (5 minute walk from Parliament Station) the dress code here is business casual. Site offices can be interesting depending what project your working on, some are nice but others are small and cramped with no windows! The dress code at site offices is more relaxed than the city office, with casual attire acceptable.

Main office is in the city which is good for everyone. However, some offices are located quite far. All locations have good facilities and office space.

Company's office space is professional and well-equipped with kitchen items such as utensils, plates and bowls. Dress code is formal or semi-casual sometimes. It's not too strict but depending on the type of meetings you have, you should dress accordingly.

I have worked in three different offices, which have all been great, but quite different between the three. The dress code has differed with each office, although I would classify it as mostly business casual.

Office is good, dress code is good I like that you can dress more casual or more business and people don't mind what you choose.

Locations are great. At the head office, the lack of snacks and coffee facilities isn't ideal. Dress code is smart casual but also, very open to anything you like - some people were shirts + trousers, whilst others wear jeans and a t shirt.

The company office is quite nice. The space is comfortable and there are plenty of spaces to sit. There's a great selection of tea / coffee, and my floor has biscuits too which is really nice. The dress code is business casual - some people dress up a little more than others, but no one ever comments on it. I usually wear something more casual as that is the way I am, and have had no issues.

Depending on your project depends on which office you will work out of. All offices I have experienced are nice, some provide free food, have coffee machines and will put on lunches occasionally, others just provide the basic tea and coffee. All are pleasant to work at.

The offices are very modern and well kept. They are cleaned to very high standards that have only increased following COVID-19. While site offices are managed by contractors, these are also kept to a very high standard.

CBD location with near by public transport. Good selection of food nearby. Facilities are new and modern. Dress code is generally smart casual/professional. Casual Friday encouraged.
