Victoria's Big Build Graduate program 

Over a 2-year program, you'll have the opportunity to:

About the role 

In this role, you will:

• be exposed to project planning, development, scheduling, cost planning and delivery in relation to a variety of health infrastructure projects
• work alongside building contractors, architects and industry experts
• build practical knowledge around effectively managing contracts, resolving issues and ensuring safety on site
• be exposed to activities such as reviewing designs, contractor works, program and design tracking, liaising with stakeholders and attending safety workshops

When you join the program, you'll be employed full time at a salary of $74,580 + superannuation (effective from December 2023 – as per VPS EA 2020).

To be eligible, you must:

• have completed your degree between January 2022 and January 2025
• hold a bachelors or masters degree relevant to the role
• have full Australian working rights for the entire duration of the program (February 2025 to February 2027)

If you have completed a masters degree, you must have commenced your masters within 12 months of completion of your bachelors degree.
