Major Road Projects Victoria is delivering a massive investment in the state’s roads.     

The West Gate Tunnel Project will give Melbourne a second freeway link between the west and the city providing a much-needed alternative to the West Gate Bridge and a vital second river crossing.   

North East Link will fix the missing link in Melbourne’s freeway network with new 6.5 km tunnels from Watsonia to Bulleen. We’re also overhauling the Eastern Freeway and completing the M80 Ring Road at Greensborough.

About The Opportunity 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Land and Property Graduate to be part of transformative infrastructure projects for Victoria in our 2024 MRPV Graduate Program! 

In this position you will join the Land and Property team to identify, measure, and assess the land required for construction of our massive projects. You’ll assist the team by working with private, government, and crown land matters for acquisition, lease, or disposal and will be exposed to a variety of land and property related fields including GIS (inc. spatial analysis and digital engineering), survey, valuation, and legislative transaction processes. As our Land & Property Graduate, you will have the opportunity to work with industry experts on solving key issues and determining best for project solutions.  

Over a 2-year program, you'll undertake: 

• rotations in teams relevant to your discipline 
• a structured learning and development program involving a range of professional and personal development workshops, site visits, project work and experiential learning opportunities. 
• a tailored mentor program that pairs you with an industry leader who will help guide you throughout your graduate program. 
• career planning to prepare you for the next step in your career. 

You have: 

• Completed your degree between January 2021 and January 2024 
• A university degree in Property & Real Estate, Property Valuation, Geomatics, Surveying, Spatial Science/Engineering, Property Economics, or Law 
• Full Australian working rights for the duration of the program
