What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?

Competitive pay I'm not sure if there are any, but it would be good to have bonuses as incentives.

My past employers pay Christmas bonuses etc. starting salary for a grad is not satisfactory compared to other grad positions in the market.

What are your company's best or most unusual perks? For example: free tickets, free dinners, moving expenses, taxis, pension, etc.

I'm not sure if there are any, but offering free AFL or tennis tickets would be a great way to create more social events and help everyone get to know each other better.

Best perks are hybrid workplace along with the paid lunches and dinners and conferences i get to attend. the generous leave policies are very good too
