We’re looking for a Customer Order Specialist to join our New Zealand team based in Auckland.

As a Customer Order Specialist, you’ll be responsible for managing the order-to-cash process for our valued customer base.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage the order to cash process within defined accounts across B2B and B2C Channels
  • Order processing including order allocation
  • Track and tracing of orders
  • Align with Supply Chain on stock management
  • Support customer enquiries
  • Support colleagues with backfill when required

Your qualifications:
- Early career position with a broad scope to learn, preferable skills and experience include - Customer facing experience (sales desk or call centre) - Order management experience is an advantage - Office suite skills, in outlook, excel - SAP experience - Plus would be experience in a similar field of technology - Looking for an opportunity to learn and grow in a multinational organisation
