Being a Schneider Electric Graduate, you will be fast-tracked into high performing teams to have an exciting, attractive and diverse start to your career. Our Graduate Program may contain rotational opportunities within the business. This will see you experience a variety of roles across two (2) years, starting February 2024 until February 2026. Here you will gain exposure to Industry and be supported to learn all the skills that you will need to have a meaningful career.

  • Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Manufacturing, Software, Mechatronics or similar), Technology, Cyber Security.

Program dates and information:

  • Dates: February 2024 until February 2026
  • Our Graduate Program may contain 3 x 8 months rotations! This will see you experience a variety of roles across two (2) years.

  • Mentoring, Learning & Development Opportunities 
  • Concluding each rotation, there will be a formal performance and salary review.

  • An Australian or New Zealand citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident at the time of submitting your application
  • Student Visa holders or 485 Visa holders who are currently residing in Australia 
  • Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in the previously mentioned disciplines, in 2022 or 2023

The recruitment process may include completing Digital Interviews, Situational Strengths Assessment, Assessment Centre and Background Screening. You will be informed at each stage if you are successful or unsuccessful in progressing.
