The 2025 Graduate Development Program in Information Technology (IT) at the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) is designed to support the development of emerging professional talent. IT Graduate applicants must hold or be completing a degree with strong academic achievement in information technology, computer science, data science, mathematics or a closely related discipline. All applicants must be Australian permanent residents or citizenship, or New Zealand citizenship.
