About the you

You are a recent graduate with the desire to demonstrate your ‘can-do’ attitude, high self-motivation and organisational skills. Having finished your degree are ready to start a stable, long-term career starting as one of our Sales Consultants. You enjoy building relationships and working in a team-based environment and are motivated by being rewarded for your efforts. You exceed in your strong communication skills, and ability to develop and maintain relationships, potentially developing these skills in a previous customer service role. About the role

  • This exciting sales position is hands-on and offers a balance of desk based and face to face customer interaction through the close management of your assigned customer patch.
  • A typical day will involve information gathering, putting together proposals, price negotiation, customer visits, and consulting with internal and external stakeholders to maximise success.
  • You will also be given Sales Training and a group of entry level customers in a diverse range of industries including Agriculture, Food & Beverage, Wine and Industrial.
  • Upon completion of training, you will continue to have the guidance of an experienced direct supervisor to help you build confidence and rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
  • There are constant challenges within the role however you will be working with like-minded individuals that will be able to provide you guidance on how you can overcome those obstacles ensuring you gain the right confidence to love what you do.

Requirements

  • Driver’s License (as you will be required to visit customers during and after training is required).
  • Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen.
  • All completed degrees are reviewed and shortlisted however Bachelor of Science in Food Technology/Chemistry /Business or similar, or relevant sales experience in this industry is desired and prioritised.
