Meet your team
Sitting within our Practice Management Group, our People Experience (PE) team consists of specialist pillars,
including; People Advisory & Operations, Learning and Development, Talent, and Employee Experience & Engagement.
The Talent Intern will actively support all recruitment activity including screening and onboarding to deliver the Firm’s objectives now and for the future.
About the role
You will have the opportunity to work with key stakeholders including the Talent Senior Manager, Talent Partners and Advisors, Early Career Manager, Early Careers Program Managers and Candidates.
With the guidance of the Talent team, you will gain experience and learning of all stages within the recruitment lifecycle. This is done consultatively and proactively to ensure that Pitcher Partners is ahead of its competitors in attracting key talent and to ensure the business is well resourced to deliver to its clients

Tertiary qualifications
You are currently study towards a bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Human Resource Management
