As an HSE Graduate, you will be involved in the practical management of our projects. This could include working with our site teams executing a fixed plant shut-down or other high-profile resource and infrastructure projects, or conducting site safety inspections! You will spend the first years with us learning our business and applying your knowledge, then develop into leaders that will challenge the status quo, drive advancement and actively contribute to our strategic aims, all whilst exploring the varied pathways available to you.

What Do We Look For?

  • A university-level degree in Health, Safety and Environment; Psychology; Occupational Therapy; Physio or Post Graduate Occupation Health and Safety with previous work experience
  • A passion for the work we do and the desire to do real โ€œhands-onโ€ work in a remote parts of Australia
  • Ability to work on a FIFO or DIDO roster from Perth.
  • Strong decision-making and analytical skills, commercial acumen and creative thinking
  • Resilience, diligence, a passion for teamwork and a focus on safety
  • A โ€˜people personโ€™ attitude - the kind of person that asks how someoneโ€™s weekend was before they launch into the to-do list.
  • Australian or New Zealand Citizenship or Australian Permanent Residency
