The successful candidate will be responsible for the set up and delivery of breakfasts, lunches, dinners, formal and informal dining and catering. Further, you will take orders in client and staff meetings where discretion and professionalism is key. Ideally, you will have previous experience in a professional service, corporate catering or fine dining.

Reporting to the Client Services Lead and Client Services Team Leader, you will take a 'hands on' involvement with all tasks and responsibilities including

  • Provide waitering services to the Client Floor and across office floors as required for food and beverage needs
  • Delivering first class service across office floors in a timely, professional and efficient manner
  • Ensure that meeting rooms are set-up and packed down correctly and timely for all functions
  • Collaboratively work with the Client Services team to understand requirements
  • Provide coverage on the reception desk when required and meet and greet clients
  • Ensure meeting rooms are properly set up in a timely manner with good presentation and maintain cleanliness
  • First point of contact for all AV equipment and associated services (i.e. lighting/audio)
  • Provide support as per the firms ‘tier 1’ procedure guides, and assist with troubleshooting and escalation as required
  • Use key Client Services technology tools to manage workflows on the client floor (such as EMS Room Booking System, Waiter Call System, Cisco Webex, etc)
  • Provide administration assistance such as ordering, stock management (incl, audits, unpacking and shelving deliveries), invoicing, new product sourcing, regular review and updating of working documents such as the Client Services Ops manual and rostering
  • Participate in the maintenance of the Client Floor in cleaning, premises and equipment (maintenance and cleaning of coffee machines both on the client floor and staff breakout areas)
  • Adhere to all firm policies and procedures, in particular confidentiality and OH&S/WH&S including Covid Safe Policies
