Our program begins in February each year, initially based in Hobart, Tasmania. You’ll rotate into different teams and functions, where you can build on your capabilities and determine a career that’s right for you.

What you’ll do:

One of our newer streams our Information Technology Graduates experience all facets of our IT function. You will build skills across a range of functions including product design/enhancements, cloud solutions, data management, SAP, project management and service delivery. You will be guided by trusted experts as you develop deep knowledge and be exposed to new technology. You will be connected across our business to build a strong understanding of how information technology touches all areas of our business, including trips to our majestic power stations!

• Rotate through various teams across Hydro Tasmania and Momentum Energy (our retail business!)
• Depending on your role, you’ll work at sites across Tasmania, including on site at our hydropower stations, dams and lakes
• Be part of big renewable infrastructure projects like Battery of the Nation
• Take part in professional development and networking with your fellow graduates and senior colleagues.

What you’ll bring:

• A recent (graduated within the last 2 years) or upcoming degree in Information Technology, Information Communication Technology or Computer Science
• Passion, ambition and a commitment to driving positive change
• Willingness to learn and build effective communication and relationships inside the business
