The managers are very respectful and understanding. They are very easy to get along with. They are also very helpful when you're trying to find answers to questions you don't know.

Good amount of space. Clean. Cool location down by the river. In the office people are generally dressed in business attire if they're mostly office-based. Engineers and techs may be dressed in company-branded polos or jackets and steel-capped boots to facilitate doing more hands-on work on site.

Pay is great, pay rise will depend on performance even for graduate you can get pay rise if you outperformed.

I've been involved in a lot of internal and external training. Most of it has been internal training on my company's products. Through this I've really fast-tracked my knowledge of our product and this has helped me out in the field immensely.

I work a very definitely 40 hrs a week. I think it is very fair and they don't expect you to work overtime as long as you get all the work done.
