Are you ready to take your career global? Do you thrive in an environment that is fast-paced and agile? Are you passionate about a career in local manufacturing? If so, then weโd love to have you in our 2025 Graduate Program! Our global program is known as industry-leading, and weโre on the quest to find the next generation of global talent to lead our business to even more incredible performance!
What does our Graduate Program include?
Joining our Supply and Manufacturing Graduate program is an incredible start to your career in the manufacturing industry, working with industry leaders across a 2-year rotational program. Our Graduates will be working hand in hand to produce and deliver Australia's most loved and celebrated brands whilst gaining end-to-end practical exposure across the entire supply chain.
Our Grads will be immersed in the end-to-end supply chain process from the beginning. Youโll spend time building relationships across our business and with our key suppliers, both here in Australia and globally to understand the magic and science behind the process of turning raw materials and ingredients into some of Australiaโs most loved products.
Over the two-year-rotational program, youโll have an opportunity to excel in areas across our Supply and Manufacturing Teams such as Manufacturing Excellence, Innovation, People Leadership, Procurement, Governance and Planning. Our program is designed to take you where you want to go โ with the opportunity to choose your final rotation to suit your career aspirations!
Throughout the program, youโll have a combination of formal training with a global leadership curriculum, mentoring and coaching from respected colleagues and, most importantly, real-world, on-the-job experience. From the beginning, you will be working on projects that will develop and improve your skill set. Youโll be able to make a real contribution to the business while building a global network of relationships that will support your career, now and long into the future.
