How accessible are managers and do they make good mentors? You may want to address internal communication, performance feedback or praise and recognition.
The flat structure allows for constant communication with managers regarding projects and day-to-day tasks. My managers regularly check-in to discuss my performance and are available to give feedback.

This is a very strong area of BLK. Leadership from the top is very good and my manager is very easy to communicate with.
