Join BDO as an Accounting Vacationer in our Superannuation team in either June 2024, or January 2025!  

BDO is one of the world’s leading audit, accounting, advisory and consulting firms. We provide a range of services to clients of all sizes and industries across Australia.  

As a vacationer you’ll see firsthand how our Superannuation team assist clients to navigate the complex and everchanging superannuation landscape. They ensure Self-Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSF) are compliant with all relevant laws and regulations, provide expert advice on investment strategies, help clients understand the tax implications of their superannuation, and ensure they are taking advantage of all available opportunities to maximise their retirement savings and meet their financial goals.

Your role will vary day to day and can include preparing activity statement, annual returns, financial statements, compiling information to support transactions, correspondence with the ATO and more. 

 What you’ll get:  

  • 4-to-8-week program completing full-time, paid work experience during the university semester break

What you’ll offer:  

  • Your knowledge from your current studies in Accounting or relevant undergraduate or postgraduate CA/CPA eligible degree. 
  • You will be in your penultimate or final year!   
  • Your availability to commence in either June 2024 or January 2025 for 4-8 weeks. Length of program and available intakes may vary in each location.
