BDO is one of Australia’s leading professional services firms. Our Audit practice partners with a diverse range of public and private sector organisations across multiple industries. We are seeking students who are interested in joining our Graduate Program and starting their auditing career with us in 2023. 

Our Audit Graduate Program will give you the opportunity to: 

• Visit client sites from day one
• Audit a mix of large and small clients, both public and private sector
• Participate in National Audit Training programs
• Receive excellent mentoring and support throughout your audit career
• Develop your technical knowledge through client problems while building relationship skills on a daily basis.

About You 

We welcome students who: 

• Are in their final year (or recently completed) of a Business or Commerce degree, majoring in Accounting
• Display solid academic achievement
• Are eligible for CA/CPA postgraduate study
• Possess fantastic communication and interpersonal skills
• Are involved in extra-curricular and professional development activities
• Are a dynamic team player with an innovative approach to work and life
• Demonstrate a motivated approach to continuous learning and development
• Enjoy being out of the office as no Audit Day is ever the same!
• Have a desire to learn and grow within a firm where exceptional service delivery, collaboration, empathy and integrity are part of our culture and values (ONE, BOLD, HUMAN, HEART and STRIVE)
