All Alcoa’s graduate positions are permanent and commence with a three-year rotational program, allowing you to tailor your career path towards your interests and individual goals. 

Throughout the program, you will be provided with coaching, mentoring, hands-on and professional training to accelerate your development and maximise your full potential. About you

To be successful in this role and to play a part in our ongoing success you will be:

• On the path to graduate by the end of 2022 or have recently completed tertiary qualifications in the relevant discipline
• A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously.
• Using your initiative and taking ownership of your work.
• A strong communicator with well-developed people skills.
• Analytically and open-minded with a creative and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• Driving positive outcomes with your ability to engage with and understand your customers.
